[Finished] Swift Circles is a mobile game developed for Android in 2020. The main objective of the game is to tap on the appearing circles before time runs out.
The game is inspired by other similar rythm/speed type games like osu! or Cytus II, but simpler. There is no music, since the point is to be as easy to understand as possible. The point is to focus on the speed and accuracy of your fingers and not the rythm. There is also the option to switch guides on or off. The point of the guide line (Pictured here)
is to guide your brain instantly to the next circle, which makes it possible to move much faster than normally, because otherwise you would need to look through every circle and compare the number to the previous one. Since I wanted it to also be difficult at the same time, I made it so the levels can keep rising infinitely. After getting all the stars you would just have to play level 20 and press next when you beat it.
I really liked working on this game and have some ideas for improvements, but they will have to come in the future.
